With GreenShipping.com, you load your Green Shipping account with funds from your credit or debt card. As you offset your shipments, funds for the carbon offsets are deducted from the balance in your Green Shipping account. We use those funds to purchase the offsets each week and, as we cannot obtain refunds for our carbon offset purchases, our company policy is that carbon offset purchases are non-refundable. However, any unused funds in your GreenShipping.com account will be refunded in full upon your request.

To request a refund, contact us, giving your user name. Refunds are issued within 72 business hours after the request is received.
