You can easily set-up Green Shipping to automatically offset all your FedEx shipments. Here's how:

1. First step is to make sure to Login In to your Green Shipping account.


2. Identify your Green Shipping email Tracking ID. In order to view your Tracking ID, you'll need to navigate to the Email Tracking section of the Shipment Preferences page. Your Tracking ID will be in the form:
   "track-gsuserid####@greenshipping.com" where: gsuserid is equal to your Green Shipping UserId and #### is a 4-digit security token.


3. Under the Email Tracking section you'll need to allow for submission of tracking numbers via email. The "Accept Tracking Numbers via Email" radio button should be selected to "Yes".


4. Green Shipping maintain a list of carrier email accounts which are used to transmit tracking numbers. In order to allow carrier information to be automatically added to your account, the "Accept Email from Major Shippers" radio button should be selected to "Yes". Should you need to add any additional authorized email senders, these can also be manually added.


5. The next step is to properly configure your FedEx shipper account. To start, bring up the FedEx Website .


6. Once logged in, move your mouse over "Track" along the top menu. Once over Track, the rest of the menu will drop down. Select "Access FedEx Insight" from the bottom of the Track menu.
   


7. If you are already signed up for a FedEx Insight account, you can simply log into the site. If not, you'll be asked to apply for an account. It can take up to 48 hours for the application to be approved.
8. Once logged in, you'll be presented with the FedEx Insight Welcome screen. Select the "My Options" tab from top row of horizontal navigation.
   


9. On the My Options page select "Notifications" from the center pane.
   


10. With FedEx Insight you can create multiple notifications for updates about various shipping events. You'll want to create a Notification to send your tracking information to Green Shipping. In the "Create Notifications" box you'll add the necessary data to set-up the notification. In the top field "Notify me about" you'll want to leave this as "List of Shipments". Next add your Green Shipping Email Tracking ID identified above into the "Send Email To" field. "Notification Language" can be you language preference. The "Time" field should be sometime after you have entered all of your FedEx shipments for the day: "8PM - 9PM" works well. For format, you should select the "Plain Text" radio button. For "Direction", check all three boxes (Inbound, Outbound, Third-Party) to offset all of your business shipments. Once complete, click the "Create Notifications" button at the bottom.
    


11. You should receive a confirmation message that the notification was created and the notification should show up below in the list of Your Current Notifications.
    


12. Your FedEx Shipper set-up is complete and all of FedEx shipments will now be offset by Green Shipping.
